The units are quite soundproof generally but the halls transmit noise easily so please be mindful when moving through the hallways. We have just been made aware that the fooseball table in Plaza has been an ongoing noise issue for the below unit. Please be mindful of noise level and observe the quiet hours in the building. In the Plaza unit, if an excessive noise fine is incurred by a renter it will be deducted from the Damage Deposit. The Whitefoot unit by-laws allow the manager to evict or fine renters who make excessive noise from the building. If evicted for noise, the renters will not be refunded any portion of their rental monies and any expenses such as strata fines incurred will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.

Smoking is not permitted in the unit or in the building hallways, parking garages or hot tub areas. The Damage Deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs in the unit.
Cleaning on Departure:
A cleaning fee is charged for all rentals for stays of any number of nights or occupants. The fee covers a "regular clean" of the unit including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and linen changes. This requires that you leave the space essentially as you found it: tidy, fill and run the dishwasher or wash all dishes, take out all garbage and recycling, shut off the electric fireplace and lights, turn the thermostats down to 10 C and then shut the door. Extra unit cleaning required from the "regular clean" will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.

Pets:
Pets are NOT allowed in the units. The Damage Deposit will be forfeited for extra cleaning to remove allergens if pets are in the unit. Please note that disabled persons traveling with a service animal are exempt from the policy but we would appreciate notice of this during rental arrangements as extra cleaning will be required upon discharge.
Hot Tub:
The hot tubs are only in operation during the ski season (i.e when the lifts are operating). The Plaza tub is shared with 5 other units in the B building. There are 5 other tubs available in the complex if the B unit tub is closed for servicing or in use. The Whitefoot Tub and Sauna are for all the units in the building and are centrally located by the elevators. An outdoor key is needed to access the hot tub and sauna in Whitefoot.

The combination for the lock will be included with door codes and is also in a frame in the front hall of each unit. Skis and snowboards MUST NOT come into the units or the building hallways. Damages incurred as a result of ski equipment in the units will be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
